About the Role
Suacasa is a premier property developer specializing in design-led luxury refurbishments across Nigeria. We are seeking a motivated NYSC Corp Member to join our dynamic project team as an Interior Architectural Supervisor to help execute innovative residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day interior architectural works on assigned construction sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor the execution of finishes, including flooring, joinery, painting, cabinetry, sanitary fittings, and lighting provisions.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure site execution corresponds accurately with design intent and project timelines.
- Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, artisans, engineers, and other project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Inspect completed and ongoing works to identify defects, manage snagging lists, and ensure prompt rectifications.
- Prepare regular site progress reports and maintain accurate documentation of materials, inspections, and project milestones.
- Comply with all health, safety, and site discipline protocols while promoting a safe working environment.
- Minimum of a B.Sc., B.Tech, or HND in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Must currently be serving under the NYSC programme or have a valid call-up letter for placement.
- Basic proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for luxury property development.
- Physical and professional readiness for a site-based role with strong organizational abilities.
