About the Role

Dragnet Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Officer (In-Patient) to join our healthcare network in Benin. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring that all clinical processes meet rigorous international standards of excellence and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for in-patients across shifts.
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments accurately while maintaining precise fluid-balance charts.
  • Monitor vital signs and early-warning scores, ensuring prompt escalation for deteriorating patients.
  • Maintain accurate nursing records and strictly adhere to infection-prevention and clinical-governance standards.
  • Lead smooth admission and discharge processes while actively participating in ISBAR shift handovers.
  • Apply rigorous pressure-area care and falls-prevention measures for all admitted patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams to support optimal managed-care processes.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification from an accredited institution or a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc/BSc Nursing).
  • Current and valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) registration licence with MCPDP compliance.
  • Successful completion of NYSC or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-registration clinical experience within a hospital setting.
  • Strong competence in patient assessment, care planning, and safe medication administration.
