About the Role
Learners Crest Schools is a reputable, private multi-campus co-educational institution located in Baale Ajuwon, Ogun State, strategically bordering the vibrant Ojodu Berger and Iju axis of Lagos. Founded in 2021, we are committed to providing an exceptional and inclusive educational framework spanning from Early Years to Secondary school. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Teachers who are passionate about early childhood development and eager to inspire young minds in a dynamic academic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the developmental needs of nursery students.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive social interaction and early learning.
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress, communicating regularly with parents regarding academic and social development.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote discipline, curiosity, and a love for learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to develop and enhance the Early Years curriculum.
- Participate in school-wide extracurricular activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possession of an HND, B.Sc, or B.Ed in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in an early childhood or nursery setting will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patience-driven teaching skills.
- Ability to utilize modern teaching aids and child-friendly educational methodologies.
- Must reside within or close to the Ojodu Berger, Iju, or Baale Ajuwon axis.
