About the Role
Corona Schools’ Trust Council is dedicated to developing world-class educational institutions with exceptional standards in curriculum, teaching methodologies, and staff quality. We are currently seeking a warm, patient, and dedicated Nursery Teacher to nurture and support the early development of our pupils in a structured, engaging, and inspiring learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging teaching activities in line with approved Montessori schemes, lesson plans, and school policies.
- Monitor pupils’ learning progress and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching effectiveness.
- Identify pupils with additional learning needs and collaborate with remedial staff to provide targeted support.
- Maintain a well-managed, disciplined, safe, and positive classroom environment conducive to early learning.
- Provide pastoral care and support the holistic social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
- Assess and grade pupils’ work, including tests, continuous assessments, and interactive classroom activities.
- Track and report accurately on individual pupil progress, milestones, and achievements.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with parents through regular, professional communication.
- Minimum of a recognized qualification in Montessori Education or Early Childhood Education.
- Diploma in Montessori from a certified and approved training center, or a willingness to enroll in and complete the program.
- Proven professional experience working with nursery-aged children in a reputable school setting.
- Child-friendly, patient, nurturing, and empathetic personality with a genuine passion for early years teaching.
- Strong oral and written communication skills complemented by excellent professional diction.
