About the Role
Elevation Professionals, a trusted management consultancy and publishing firm, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery School Teacher to join our educational network in Lagos. In this role, you will play a foundational part in shaping the minds of young children, fostering a love for learning, and creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood educational standards.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages social and emotional development.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining detailed records of academic and behavioral milestones.
- Engage parents and guardians regularly regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and developmental needs.
- Implement creative teaching strategies using play-based learning, storytelling, arts, and crafts.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children under your supervision at all times.
- Possession of SSCE, NCE, B.Ed, HND, or BSc in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working in early childhood education or nursery teaching is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for child development.
