Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the school curriculum for nursery and primary students.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Integrate strong Islamic values and moral teachings into daily classroom activities and interactions.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to participate in school events, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and overall development.
- Minimum of Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE); a degree in Education or a related field is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated good moral character and a strong commitment to educational excellence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Genuine passion for teaching, learning, and child development.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with modern teaching tools will be a distinct advantage.
- Previous teaching experience in a structured school environment is preferred.
