Brighter Eminent International School offers comprehensive Creche, Nursery, Primary, and Secondary education, rooted in the excellence of dignity. We are currently looking for passionate and reliable Nursery Attendants to join our vibrant early childhood team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for our youngest learners, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, compassionate care and supervision to infants and toddlers in the nursery and creche sections.
- Assist lead teachers in organizing and executing engaging, age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, hygienic, and organized classroom and play area at all times.
- Assist children with feeding, personal hygiene, changing, and naptime routines with patience and care.
- Monitor children closely to ensure their safety and well-being during indoor and outdoor play.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents regarding their children's daily progress and needs.
- Manage basic administrative tasks and attendance records as required by school management.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, NCE, or relevant certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven previous experience working as a nursery attendant, creche assistant, or caregiver in a recognized school or childcare facility.
- Genuine passion for early childhood development and a natural affinity for working with young children.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- High level of patience, reliability, emotional maturity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work harmoniously within a team of diverse educators and support staff.
