About the Role
Dermasthetics Wellness Clinic (Dermasthetics NG) is a premier aesthetic, dermatology, and wellness facility located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking a highly skilled, polished, and client-focused Nurse Aesthetician to join our luxury aesthetic clinic. In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments, ensuring exceptional client experiences that align with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough client consultations, comprehensive skin assessments, and treatment evaluations.
- Develop personalised, results-driven treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures safely and strictly within the scope of training and competence.
- Monitor clients carefully before, during, and after treatments to ensure comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in the clinic database.
- Ensure rigorous standards of infection control, hygiene, and station cleanliness at all times.
- Maintain treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and manage inventory efficiently.
- Build strong client relationships, encourage follow-up appointments, and promote ongoing wellness.
- Collaborate closely with the medical team and promptly escalate any clinical concerns.
- Uphold and project the clinic's luxury image, professionalism, and service standards.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven clinical experience working in a professional aesthetic setting.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of advanced skincare science, dermatology, and aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent clinical judgment, high attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety.
- Outstanding communication, active listening, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- High level of professional discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
- Prior experience attending to High-Net-Worth (HNW) or VIP clients will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively alongside medical doctors.
