About the Role
One Acre Fund is a pioneering nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting smallholder farmers across Africa with asset-based financing and agricultural training. Our Nigeria program, headquartered in Minna, Niger State, currently serves over 100,000 farmers through innovative credit, retail, and agroforestry initiatives. We are seeking a dynamic Nigeria Execution Specialist to drive operational excellence, scale our impact, and optimize supply chain logistics across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain advanced data dashboards to track real-time operational KPIs, inventory, and field performance metrics.
- Lead expansion mapping efforts, nursery feasibility studies, and logistical assessments for new program rollouts.
- Conduct regular field audits to eliminate operational waste, improve efficiency, and enforce standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, tech, and expansion teams to integrate mobile data tools and streamline logistics.
- Lead, mentor, and manage geographically dispersed field teams, fostering a strong culture of accountability and high performance.
- University Degree in Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in operations, logistics, or field project management.
- High proficiency in advanced data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or advanced Excel.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex supply chains or agricultural distribution operations in rural contexts.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of inspiring and managing diverse teams.
