We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Music Teacher to join our vibrant faculty and inspire the next generation of creative minds through comprehensive music instruction.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging music lessons aligned with the school curriculum for diverse student age groups.
- Teach students vocal and instrumental music, music theory, and performance techniques.
- Coordinate and direct school choirs, instrumental bands, and musical performances for school events and ceremonies.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous musical growth.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that fosters creativity and confidence.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate arts and culture into broader school programs.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven teaching experience post-NYSC in a reputable educational institution.
- Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to utilize educational technology effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with and mentor students.
- Must possess a strong moral background, sound character, and high ethical standards.
- Willingness to relocate to Port Harcourt, Rivers State, if not currently residing locally.
