Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging music lessons for students across various grade levels.
- Teach students theoretical and practical aspects of music, including vocal training and instrument instruction.
- Coordinate and direct school choirs, orchestras, and musical performances for school events and ceremonies.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their musical development.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and inspiring environment in the music room and during extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate arts and music into the broader school curriculum.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification in Music Education or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience teaching music in a reputable school setting.
- Strong proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument and vocal coaching.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about child development and nurturing young creative talents.
