Key Responsibilities- Ensure a minimum of 75% staff awareness and understanding of the Bank's strategy, products, services, and corporate initiatives at all times.
- Translate complex corporate strategies into clear, relatable, and engaging messaging tailored for diverse staff demographics and operational roles.
- Act as a gatekeeper for internal communications, rigorously verifying content for accuracy, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships across business units and resource functions to foster synergy, promote cross-selling, and drive product uptake among staff.
- Design comprehensive communication strategies, campaigns, and deployment schedules to maximize employee engagement and organizational alignment.
- Support Information Security Management Systems and Business Continuity Management activities as a dedicated BCM Champion.
- Minimum of a First Degree in the Social Sciences or a related academic discipline from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in internal communications, content management, or corporate engagement.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quantitative and qualitative market research, record keeping, and customer service relationship management.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with a strong eye for detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
