About the Role
CIG Motor Ltd, the official distributor of GAC Motor in Nigeria, is looking for a creative and driven Motion Designer and Video Editor to join our marketing team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our brand identity by producing compelling video content and dynamic motion graphics for our latest vehicle models and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities- Shoot, produce, and edit high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, corporate events, and product launches.
- Design and animate engaging motion graphics, visual effects, and kinetic typography to enhance video projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute creative briefs.
- Manage and organize the company video asset library, ensuring all raw footage, graphics, and finished files are properly archived.
- Stay updated on emerging video production and motion design trends to ensure our brand remains fresh, innovative, and competitive.
- Ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to global brand guidelines and meet technical broadcasting standards.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related creative field.
- 4 to 5 years of proven professional experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or similar role within an agency or corporate environment.
- A compelling portfolio or showreel demonstrating strong visual composition, editing skills, and motion graphics expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Exceptional storytelling, pacing, and color-grading abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
