Operating under our guiding philosophy of Comfort, Elegance & Unforgettable Experiences, our boutique property delivers a sophisticated home away from home experience tailored to the distinct needs of both corporate and leisure travelers. We are currently seeking a talented and creative Mixologist to join our vibrant bar team and elevate our beverage offerings to new heights.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute innovative and seasonal cocktail menus that align with the hotel's luxury brand.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, engaging guests warmly and making tailored drink recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage bar inventory, place timely stock orders, and minimize wastage of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery during events and peak operational hours.
- Proven professional experience working as a Mixologist, Bartender, or similar role within a hospitality setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional, presentable, and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact gracefully with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and a deep knowledge of mixology trends, spirits, and cocktail preparation techniques.
