About the Role
Dragnet Solutions is a dynamic Information Technology company specializing in the design, development, and implementation of innovative people screening solutions. Since 2007, we have been at the forefront of creating objective recruitment and application management processes. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Medical Officer II to join our healthcare operations in Benin, providing vital clinical care and contributing to excellence in patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in obstetrics and gynaecology with decreasing levels of supervision and appropriate escalation.
- Participate actively in clinics, ward rounds, on-call rotas, and procedures while contributing to quality improvement activities.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and a valid MDCN registration and practicing licence in line with clinical policies.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating patient care and supporting HMO processes through evidence-based practice.
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MBChB) from a recognized institution.
- Completed mandatory national housemanship, internship, and NYSC, or possess a valid exemption.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC clinical experience, including relevant practice at Medical Officer grade.
- Demonstrable competence in obstetrics and gynaecology with sound clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
