Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial machinery to minimize downtime and prevent unexpected equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults, diagnose malfunctions, and execute precise corrective actions using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Perform essential servicing tasks such as lubrication, alignment checks, belt tensioning, and wear-part inspections.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and technical teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and optimize production processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, service records, and repair reports.
- Comply strictly with all internal safety regulations and occupational health standards during every phase of operation.
- Minimum of a Technical Certificate or National Diploma (ND) in an Engineering or related Science field.
- At least eight (8) years of proven, relevant experience in mechanical maintenance within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical documents, engineering drawings, and equipment manuals.
