We are currently looking for a technical expert to join our engineering division and drive operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Mechanical/Rotating Equipment Lead, you will provide critical technical authority for rotating machinery, mechanical systems, and repair methodologies across all company projects and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical direction for pumps, compressors, generators, engines, and valves.
- Lead root-cause failure investigations and implement robust reliability improvements.
- Define equipment overhaul, inspection, alignment, and testing requirements.
- Establish standards for preventive, corrective, and reliability-focused maintenance.
- Interface with OEMs, specialist vendors, and workshops to evaluate technical packages.
- Mentor and develop Mechanical Engineers, specialists, and technicians.
The ideal candidate combines strong academic foundations with extensive hands-on industry experience in technically demanding environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in rotating equipment, maintenance, or reliability within Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in failure analysis, condition monitoring, and equipment commissioning.
- Professional certifications in reliability or rotating equipment are an advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and technical leadership skills.
