Key Responsibilities- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to minimize operational downtime.
- Support process engineering activities, including monitoring and optimizing daily production processes.
- Conduct routine inspections and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules on all plant equipment.
- Diagnose complex mechanical faults swiftly and implement effective corrective actions.
- Assist in the seamless installation, commissioning, and testing of new plant machinery.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical reports, and comprehensive documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operational activities.
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and process engineering teams to drive continuous operational improvement.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on industrial experience within a manufacturing or process environment.
- Solid technical foundation with a basic understanding of process engineering principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance planning, and repair.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and exceptional safety consciousness.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
