About the Role
Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC) is a prominent network of science-oriented, co-educational day and boarding schools operating across multiple states in Nigeria. We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Mathematics Teacher to inspire students and cultivate their analytical and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering a robust curriculum that prepares students for national and international examinations within a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, well-structured Mathematics lessons to students at the secondary level in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and critical thinking.
- Prepare students adequately for internal assessments as well as key external examinations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration in planning school events, curriculum development, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and grades while upholding school policies and standards.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mathematics, or a related field with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Proven teaching experience within a reputable secondary school environment.
- Deep understanding of secondary school Mathematics curricula and modern pedagogical approaches.
