Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive and engaging Mathematics lessons in line with the approved secondary school curriculum.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to monitor student progress.
- Foster a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Evaluate and grade student assignments, tests, and examinations while providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students, supporting their academic and personal growth within our boarding school community.
- Participate in school-wide extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education (Mathematics), or a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian and international secondary school mathematics curricula.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to reside within or close to Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State, and participate in boarding school duties.
