About the Role

ipNX Nigeria Limited is a leading provider of infrastructure-based telecommunications and information technology services in Nigeria, delivering innovative solutions to corporate, SME, and residential markets. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Material Requirements and Planning Analyst to join our supply chain team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this critical role, you will ensure seamless material availability, optimize inventory levels, and manage complex international trade processes to support our expanding infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast material needs, manage inventory levels, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity across engineering and infrastructure projects.
  • Analyze usage history, lead times, and inventory data to maintain operational readiness across all project sites.
  • Manage end-to-end Letter of Credit (LC) transactions, Form M processing, and full international trade compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with clearing agents, customs officials, the Nigeria Customs Service, and other government agencies to prevent delivery delays and demurrage.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for optimal costs and lead times, maintain supplier databases, and generate reliable delivery schedules.
  • Utilize MRP systems and ERP platforms to ensure data accuracy and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports and statistical analyses while coordinating with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • University degree or HND in Management Sciences, Supply Chain, or a related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) or Upper Credit.
  • Possession of an MBA or MSc is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of varied experience in Supply Chain Management with hands-on exposure to procurement, logistics, and material planning.
  • Proven track record of managing international trade documentation and regulatory processes in Nigeria.
  • Proficiency in using ERP platforms and MRP systems.
