Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing and advertising campaigns across both digital and print channels to promote luxury and commercial real estate properties.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze consumer behavior within the Nigerian real estate sector to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Create, proofread, and coordinate engaging content for social media platforms, company websites, and promotional advertisements.
- Assist in organizing high-impact promotional events, industry trade shows, and public relations activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Track campaign performance metrics using web analytics and CRM tools to optimize return on investment and generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, product developers, and external vendors to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a mandatory background in the real estate industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for the Nigerian property market.
- Demonstrated knowledge of social media management, SEO strategies, and digital analytics platforms.
