Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for general insurance products tailored to retail and corporate clients.
- Build, nurture, and manage strong, mutually beneficial relationships with insurance brokers and distribution partners.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across health, insurance, and financing products.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet our clients personal and business needs.
- Implement comprehensive digital and traditional marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Represent Beacongate Limited at industry events, networking sessions, and client outreach programmes.
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities strictly comply with relevant industry regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in insurance marketing or broker and channel management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of general insurance products and financial distribution networks.
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-selling strategies and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Up-to-date understanding of relevant regulatory requirements in the Nigerian financial sector.
