About the Role
Yosnita Farm is a rapidly expanding crop farm located along the Ibadan-Abeokuta Road in Ogun State, Nigeria, specializing in cassava, maize, and vegetable production. We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand development, digital marketing, and market expansion initiatives to support our growing agricultural enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive agricultural marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and revenue goals.
- Strengthen corporate identity, brand positioning, and market presence across digital and traditional channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and email marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for agricultural market expansion in Nigeria.
- Coordinate promotional materials, corporate profiles, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Collaborate with management and technical teams to support business development, client acquisition, and sales initiatives.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and manage budgets efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or business development.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and B2B marketing.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
