About the Role
Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Marketing & Growth Analyst to join our Nigeria Growth team. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in accelerating user acquisition and engagement by leveraging data and executing high-impact marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the analysis behind Nigeria's growth strategy, identifying opportunities to scale user base, orders, and retention through pricing, promotions, and CRM.
- Execute local marketing campaigns and localize creative assets while collaborating cross-functionally with CRM, Design, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Build, maintain, and scale reporting tools using SQL and BigQuery to track critical KPIs including CVR, retention, and cost per order accurately.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for local and regional growth teams while monitoring the competitive landscape.
- Support ad-hoc analytical projects and strategic initiatives aligned with broader business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience combining analytical problem-solving with hands-on campaign execution or project management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers, patterns, and translating data into strategic business decisions.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, moving seamlessly from ideation and analysis to successful implementation.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel or Google Sheets, with working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker being a strong advantage.
