We are currently seeking a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Executive to help us foster healthier and happier lives. In this role, you will spearhead our community outreach and field marketing efforts, playing a vital part in promoting our healthcare services across Port Harcourt and Enugu.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute comprehensive field marketing campaigns within Port Harcourt and Enugu to drive patient acquisition and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, and community stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure strategic healthcare partnerships and corporate wellness contracts.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media platforms, to engage the community and promote hospital services.
- Draft compelling proposals, reports, and marketing collateral for management review.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to optimize marketing strategies and achieve set targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven marketing experience, with prior healthcare, hospital, or HMO industry experience being a strong advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Smart, confident, persuasive, and strictly target-oriented disposition.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for field marketing activities within Port Harcourt and Enugu.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, social media marketing tools, and professional proposal writing.
