Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Monica.cash.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, email, paid ads, and content marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and consumer data to optimize marketing ROI and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create compelling promotional materials and brand messaging.
- Build strategic partnerships and community engagement initiatives within the Nigerian fintech and Web3 ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in fintech marketing or high-growth tech startup environments.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and written communication skills with analytical proficiency.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy execution.
- Sound knowledge of blockchain technology and the Web3 landscape will be a strong added advantage.
