About the Role
BeaconHealth Diagnostics is revolutionizing diagnostic care in Nigeria by providing accessible, high-quality healthcare through an innovative network of clinics. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join our team in Umuahia. In this field-based role, you will be instrumental in growing our patient volume by building lasting relationships with referring clinicians, hospitals, HMOs, and the wider community, ensuring BeaconHealth remains the diagnostic partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with referring clinicians, hospitals, and clinics within the designated catchment area.
- Plan and execute engaging community outreach programs, including health talks and wellness screening events.
- Partner with corporate organizations and HMOs to secure bulk testing and strategic wellness agreements.
- Track patient referral sources meticulously using our proprietary digital platform, BeaconOS.
- Monitor weekly and monthly outreach performance against established patient-volume and revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High comfort level with fieldwork, local travel, and digital record systems.
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic marketing is a distinct advantage.
