We are currently seeking motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Marketing Officers to join our dynamic team and drive our next phase of business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and market the company's financial products and services to prospective and existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Explain products clearly to clients, follow up on leads, and successfully convert prospects into loyal customers
- Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships while meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and monitor market trends to provide competitive feedback
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, banking, insurance, fintech, or financial services is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
