As Marine Superintendent (Offshore), you will play a crucial leadership role in managing offshore operations, ensuring vessel compliance, safety protocols, and optimal performance across all maritime activities. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive offshore experience and a proven track record of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all offshore vessel operations and crew management
- Ensure full compliance with international maritime safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor vessel performance, maintenance schedules, and technical specifications
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective action plans
- Coordinate with onshore management and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation
- Lead incident investigations and implement preventive measures
- Manage crew training and competency assessments
- Master's degree or equivalent maritime qualification
- Minimum 10 years offshore operations experience
- Current offshore certifications and licenses
- Strong knowledge of IMCA and SOLAS regulations
