Key Responsibilities- Manage daily plant operations to achieve optimal production, output, and quality goals.
- Ensure the continuous availability and efficient utilization of raw materials and heavy equipment.
- Supervise multidisciplinary production teams to maintain strict safety and operational standards.
- Oversee critical plant startups, shutdowns, and coordinate scheduled maintenance activities.
- Monitor key process parameters to guarantee consistent and superior product quality.
- Implement innovative continuous improvement and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO protocols and all relevant regulatory standards.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports and provide actionable operational insights to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, train, and evaluate production staff to foster a culture of high performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in cement manufacturing or the heavy process industry.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior managerial capacity.
- In-depth technical knowledge of modern cement production processes and international quality standards.
