Beauty Masters is a premier, purpose-built wellness center located in the distinguished district of Guzape, Abuja. As the nation's first professional beauty house, we combine international expertise with local talent to offer world-class body wellness, massage therapy, and mental health services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager to lead our exceptional team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the wellness center to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of international and local wellness professionals, therapists, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, brand visibility, and revenue targets.
- Maintain high standards of facility upkeep, health, and safety compliance across all wellness departments.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve feedback professionally, and foster strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in management, preferably within the luxury wellness, spa, or hospitality industry.
- Strong strategic mindset, exceptional leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Preferred candidates should be in their mid-30s with a demonstrated passion for excellence and wellbeing.
