We are currently seeking young, intelligent, and technically driven engineering graduates to join our prestigious Management Trainee Programme. Key Responsibilities- Participate in intensive technical and operational training rotations across terminal departments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain and optimize port machinery and electrical systems.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and emerging AI tools to improve terminal efficiency.
- Contribute fresh, innovative ideas for continuous improvement in port operations and safety standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team projects and present data-driven solutions to management.
- Maintain compliance with all company safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (BSc) or Upper Credit (HND).
- Must not be more than 28 years of age.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant digital applications.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and data analysis techniques is a distinct advantage.
