Key Responsibilities- Deliver premium makeup services for walk-in clients, private bookings, and exclusive brand events.
- Conduct personalized beauty consultations to recommend suitable looks, skincare routines, and luxury products.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards by sanitizing tools, workstations, and product testers daily.
- Drive retail sales growth by expertly demonstrating products, upselling complementary items, and meeting targets.
- Support regular inventory checks for makeup kits and studio products, flagging restock needs to management.
- Represent Montaigne Place professionally at in-store activations, masterclasses, and promotional events.
- Keep your portfolio updated and participate in ongoing company training on emerging global beauty trends.
- Possess an HND or B.Sc Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of professional makeup experience.
- Must possess a valid NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter.
- Hold a recognized professional certification in Makeup Artistry.
- Provide a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing bridal, soft glam, editorial, and traditional Nigerian looks.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of luxury beauty brands, skin tones, color matching, and proper hygiene.
- Possess strong retail sales acumen with the ability to comfortably upsell and achieve targets.
- Exhibit excellent customer service, time management, and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Must currently reside in Abuja Central.
