About the Role

Led by Principal Consultant Mazi Collins Ugochukwu Nwangwu, we deliver transformative interventions that elevate hospitality standards. We are currently seeking dedicated and proactive Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless operational functionality of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive maintenance on hospitality facilities, equipment, and guest rooms.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Respond swiftly to maintenance requests and guest complaints with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance work, repairs, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms and public areas meet top-tier standards.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations while executing daily tasks.
- Relevant trade certification, diploma, or technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, or building services.
- Proven hands-on experience in facility maintenance, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to resolving issues.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Lekki, Lagos, with readiness for flexible shift schedules.
