About the Role
Ultimum Limited, a fast-growing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing company and subsidiary of Union Camerounaise de Brasseries, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for our production and packaging lines. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment and machinery.
- Supervise daily maintenance activities, assign tasks, and monitor technician performance to ensure high work standards.
- Ensure rapid response to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime and maximize asset availability.
- Implement continuous improvement frameworks such as Total Productive Management (TPM) and focused improvement maintenance.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OH&S standards, HACCP, and quality assurance protocols.
- Manage maintenance resources effectively and coordinate staff training and development programs.
- Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams while reporting regularly on maintenance performance indicators.
- NABTEB, WAEC Technical, or OND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on production and maintenance experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong expertise in utilities plant processes, preventive maintenance systems, and manufacturing safety standards.
- Proficiency in using SAP PM or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) alongside Microsoft Office.
