We are currently looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our vibrant community. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across our campus, ensuring that our students, teachers, and staff can thrive in well-kept facilities that reflect our high institutional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and general repairs on school buildings, fixtures, and furniture.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage carpentry, painting, and minor construction tasks as needed to keep the campus in pristine condition.
- Ensure all safety standards and building regulations are strictly met during repairs and daily operations.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests from various departments across the campus.
- Minimum of a secondary school diploma, trade certification, or relevant technical training.
- Proven professional experience in general maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade.
- Strong working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and troubleshoot problems effectively.
