We are currently looking for a skilled Machine Operator with specific expertise in operating the EMBA 245 Printing Machine to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of production excellence, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, and delivering cutting-edge packaging solutions to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor the EMBA 245 Printing Machine efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to strict quality control standards for all printed carton and corrugation outputs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and reduce material waste.
- Complete accurate daily production reports and logs regarding machine performance and output.
- Proven hands-on experience operating the EMBA 245 Printing Machine in a manufacturing environment.
- Relevant work experience within the corrugation and carton manufacturing industry will be given strong preference.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Good understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance standards in industrial settings.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production team and adapt to shift schedules.
