About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is currently recruiting an experienced Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency, and upholding our strict quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and manage bottle lines, sachet machines, and filling line equipment effectively.
- Set up, calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to guarantee seamless production cycles.
- Conduct routine machine inspections, preventive care, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Monitor output quality consistently to ensure complete compliance with industry and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant working environment on the production floor.
- Meet or exceed daily production targets while reporting any mechanical faults promptly to maintenance teams.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience operating bottle lines, sachet machines, and filling line equipment.
- Solid technical knowledge of automated machine operations, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding strict production quotas.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts and strictly adhere to workplace safety protocols.
