About the Role
Ace Mall, a leading indigenous retail and lifestyle chain in Southwest Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lounge Manager to lead our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating our lounge operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, and driving profitability while maintaining our brand's high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage, train, and mentor hospitality staff to uphold exceptional standards of customer service and guest relations.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and oversee ordering processes for beverages and supplies.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and promotional events to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Prepare regular sales reports, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Bachelor's Degree (BSc/HND) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree (MSc) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the hospitality business, specifically in lounge or bar management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating large teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, inventory management, and cost control.
