About the Role
New Hope Agric and Tech (New Hope Liuhe), a leading agricultural feed manufacturing industry producing high-quality chicken, pig, and fish feed, is seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our agricultural products reach our customers efficiently, safely, and on schedule, supporting our mission to empower farmers and boost the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods, materials, and equipment to designated locations nationwide.
- Liaise effectively with drivers, transport companies, suppliers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor daily deliveries and promptly communicate any operational challenges, route changes, or delays.
- Ensure that all shipments and deliveries are fully supported by accurate and appropriate documentation.
- Ensure that all agricultural feed products are handled, loaded, transported, and delivered safely and in optimal condition.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian transport routes and logistics regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a safety-first mindset.
