About the Role
Homeland Integrated Offshore Services Limited is a leading indigenous multidisciplinary organization specializing in comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation services within the oil and gas industry. We are currently looking for a driven and experienced Logistics Lead to join our fast-paced team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will direct supply chain workflows, manage transportation logistics, and maintain regulatory compliance across all offshore operations to drive project efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including maritime transport, warehousing, and inventory management for offshore oil and gas projects.
- Coordinate the timely and safe movement of equipment, materials, and personnel to and from offshore locations.
- Liaise with procurement, engineering, and third-party vendors to negotiate contracts and streamline supply chain processes.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international maritime laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Manage logistics documentation, customs clearance, and shipping manifests accurately and efficiently.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement cost-effective strategies to improve overall supply chain performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within the oil and gas or maritime sector.
- Strong knowledge of offshore logistics operations, port procedures, and regulatory compliance in Nigeria.
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
