In this vital role, you will oversee daily dispatch activities, ensuring that all products are loaded safely, accurately, and efficiently to meet our high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise daily loading operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and timely delivery.
- Verify products, quantities, and dispatch documents prior to vehicle loading.
- Monitor loading activities closely to prevent product loss, damage, or discrepancies.
- Liaise seamlessly with warehouse, production, transport, and security teams for smooth workflow.
- Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and safe loading procedures.
- Maintain accurate loading, inventory, and dispatch records using Microsoft Office tools.
- Optimize forklift and loading equipment utilization while maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in loading, dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving, planning, organizational, and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of stock control management and HSE workplace safety regulations.
