We are currently seeking a visionary Lighting Designer to join our creative team and help bring our ambitious artistic vision to life.
Key Responsibilities- Design and programme innovative lighting for theatre or film productions to shape mood, focus, and narrative storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with directors, set designers, and production teams to establish the visual aesthetic of each project.
- Manage lighting equipment setups, cueing, and operational execution during technical rehearsals and live performances.
- Adapt lighting designs to suit various venue specifications and filming locations while maintaining the artistic integrity of the production.
- Maintain technical documentation, including light plots, instrument schedules, and cue sheets.
- Proven professional experience as a Lighting Designer within theatre, film, or live entertainment industries.
- Proficiency in industry-standard lighting programming consoles and design software.
- A deep understanding of color theory, electrical safety, and lighting optics.
- Exceptional collaborative skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively in a fast-paced creative environment.
