About the Role

With a strong focus on the rapidly growing Ibeju-Lekki axis of Lagos State, including the Lekki Peninsula, Ajah, and the Lekki-Epe Expressway, we develop exceptional environmental, business, and residential properties. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our professional team and provide robust legal support for our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and manage various legal documentation, commercial agreements, and property contracts.
- Provide sound legal advisory services to management on real estate transactions, corporate matters, and operational risks.
- Handle debt recovery and manage claims effectively in alignment with company policies and legal frameworks.
- Ensure strict legal compliance and maintain regulatory standards across all company projects and interactions with government agencies.
- Liaise with external legal counsels, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to protect the company's legal interests.
- Minimum of 3 years of cognate legal experience, preferably within the real estate, construction, or corporate sector.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and Barrister at Law (BL) qualification with a valid call to the Nigerian Bar.
- Proven expertise in legal documentation, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
- Specialized knowledge and demonstrated success in debt recovery and claims management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
