We are currently looking for a talented and proactive Legal, Investments and Partnerships Personnel to safeguard our legal standing and accelerate our business expansion through strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including staff contracts, vendor service level agreements, and partnership documents.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive repositories of all corporate legal documents, compliance certificates, and regulatory filings.
- Identify, evaluate, and track high-value partnership opportunities with investors, corporate brands, and startup ecosystem players.
- Advise executive management on potential legal and operational risks, ensuring adherence to Nigerian corporate and labour laws.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing investors and strategic partners, facilitating seamless communication and reporting.
- Support internal teams by providing sound legal guidance on daily operational matters and special events.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized institution and a valid call to the Nigerian Bar (B.L).
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in corporate law, legal practice, or business development.
- Demonstrated experience in contract drafting, risk management, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
