Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in various undergraduate mechanical engineering courses.
- Develop and update course curricula in line with current industry standards and National Universities Commission (NUC) guidelines.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects, theses, and practical training or industrial attachments.
- Conduct impactful research, publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to the advancement of mechanical engineering knowledge.
- Assess student performance through examinations, quizzes, assignments, and continuous evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Act as an academic advisor to students, offering guidance on coursework, career paths, and personal development.
- Participate in department meetings, university committees, and community engagement initiatives to support the growth of Maduka University.
- Possess a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and academic research within a tertiary institution setting.
- Strong publication record in reputable academic journals is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a passion for student mentorship.
- Proficiency in modern engineering software and computer-aided design tools.
