Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions for National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students in Chemical Engineering.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, course outlines, and instructional resources in alignment with accreditation standards.
- Supervise undergraduate student projects, industrial training, and research dissertations.
- Conduct high-quality research, publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, and present papers at academic conferences and seminars.
- Participate actively in departmental, school, and college-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
- Engage in community service and foster linkages with commerce, industry, and professional bodies to enhance practical learning.
- A Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related relevant discipline, together with at least two (2) conference or seminar papers.
- Alternatively, a good Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division in a relevant discipline, alongside at least three (3) years of teaching, research, or relevant industrial experience, plus two (2) conference or seminar papers.
- Serving Assistant Lecturers who have completed at least three (3) years of satisfactory service and presented two (2) conference or seminar papers are also encouraged to apply.
