Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Information Systems to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Contribute actively to departmental research projects and collaborate with senior faculty members on academic initiatives.
- Design, update, and implement course materials utilizing technology-enhanced teaching tools and modern methodologies.
- Assess student performance, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to promote positive learning outcomes.
- Participate in departmental meetings, student advising, curriculum development, and continuous professional development activities.
- A PhD or Master degree in Information Systems or a closely related relevant field from a recognized university.
- Previous teaching experience in a tertiary institution or relevant high-level industry experience in tech and information systems.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, academic excellence, and enhancing student learning outcomes.
- Familiarity with modern technology-enhanced teaching tools, digital platforms, and innovative pedagogical methods.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
- Must have completed the mandatory Nigerian Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or possess a valid exemption certificate.
