We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified individual to join our academic community as a Lecturer II in Business Administration. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the next generation of business leaders through high-quality teaching, cutting-acid research, and active industry engagement within a vibrant academic environment located in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials in undergraduate Business Administration courses using modern pedagogical approaches.
- Utilize technology-enhanced teaching tools to create an interactive and student-centred learning environment.
- Contribute actively to departmental research projects and collaborate with senior faculty members on scholarly publications.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career development, and personal growth.
- Participate in curriculum development, assessment design, and academic administrative duties as assigned by the department.
- Engage with industry partners and the wider community to enhance the practical relevance of our academic programs.
- A PhD or Master's degree in Business Administration or a closely related relevant field from a recognized and accredited university.
- Previous teaching experience in a tertiary institution or relevant professional industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, student mentoring, and promoting positive learning outcomes.
- Strong familiarity with digital learning platforms and technology-enhanced teaching methodologies.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Proof of completion or valid exemption from the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
